...DENSE FOG OBSERVED ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS...

Satellite imagery and coastal observations reveal widespread low
stratus and dense fog across the coastal waters which will
continue through the late morning hours. Mariners should expect

speeds and be on the lookout for exposed rocks and other vessels,
including large ships in the shipping lanes. Use radar or GPS
navigation if available, and consider remaining in harbor if such
equipment is unavailable.
